Still overcoming it, but getting better! I try to consider finishing music as a skill that needs to be practiced.
How you Destress From A Changing Day:
I never try to release any stress, I’ve worked too hard for it! But if I do need to let a little steam off I like hanging with friends and family, I’m a fairly social/somewhat extroverted person, and if I can both take some time off from work and also see good people, that’s a double positive to me!
